The renovation of this three-level Walgreen's in the East Village included the installation of a three-story escalator and elevator as well as the installation of a new chiller on the roof to feed five new supplemental air-conditioning units serving all three floors.
As the building is a landmarked property, special care had to be taken for all of the façade restoration which included the installation of a new store front.
