Nucor Construction Corp. (NCC) has been building quality commercial projects in the greater New York metropolitan area for over 25 years. Our services include General Contracting, Construction Management and Maintenance.


General Contractor Services

We provide general contracting services based on the traditional competitive bid process. As General Contractor, NCC is responsible for the daily oversight of the jobsite and management of vendors and trades. NCC is responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project.


Construction Management Services

Our construction management services are fee-based and will include but are not limited to any number of the following offerings:

• Pre-construction planning
• Budgeting and estimating
• Project scheduling
• Subcontractor selection and award
• AIA contracts and billing
• Procurement
• On-site superintendent
• Project management
• Detailed progress reporting
• Complete closeout services


Maintenance Programs

NCC offers customized maintenance programs ranging from single location repairs to portfolio-wide projects designed to fit each client’s needs. Our skilled professionals can be dispatched anywhere in the metropolitan area to address repairs including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, masonry, painting, and plumbing, etc.
