Mizuho Securities North American head- quarters included an executive floor with multi-media boardroom, a state-of-the-art data room, steel and glass stair case and a trading area with over 450 trading positions.
Four new 15-ton supplemental HVAC units were installed to provide supplemental air conditioning throughout each floor. Finishes included a custom wood slat ceiling, two different office front systems, a state-of-the-art A/V system and Italian imported stone and marble throughout the bulding.
