Mark A. Pollaci
President

Mark Pollaci founded NCC in 1986 after years of experience working with the larger construction firms in New York City. Mark developed NCC into a strong mid-sized general contracting and construction management firm. His hands-on exp- erience in every facet of the business enables him to oversee and ensure excellence in NCC’s projects at all stages of development and construction.

Mark has personally managed the construction of all building types, including financial, commercial, residential, edu- cational, broadcasting and retail. Mark is always conscious that we are a service business. NCC’s consistent repeat clientele over the past twenty three years attests to our consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations in terms of service and performance.
