The offices of Environmental Defense Fund at 257 Park Avenue were built completely to LEED standards, utilizing both sustainable building practices and also specified LEED certified products.

LEED certified products included day light control systems, formaldehyde & HBC free finishes, and the millwork was created with harvested wheat board.
