Diplomat Centre at 820 2nd Avenue required a ground level lobby renovation with very specific aesthetic and security requirements. Additionally, all work had to be performed while the building was open for normal business operations.
A state-of-the-art building control and command center was created along with the installation of security turnstiles. Finishes included Venetian plaster walls, stonework, metal and glass, and custom light fixtures, including the focal architectural ceiling canopy.
