Christopher Giese
Project Manager
Chris Giese has worked in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He began his career as a laborer in 1988 and through hard work and dedication has worked his way up to estimator/project manager. Chris
attended both the New York Institute of Technology and The Institute of Design and Construction. Chris’ continued success is credited to his expertise in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and project execution.
Chris has managed projects of all sizes, ranging from smaller renovations to the completion of an $18 million dollar Condominium conversion on Hester Street . This project took a manufacturing building and
converted it to 14 high-end condominium units - complete with an added-on penthouse. This project encompassed everything from complex structural work to the completion of high end finishes. He demonstrates strong
management techniques and scheduling skills paying close attention to cost control and schedule execution.
Highlighted accomplishments include a 9,000 square foot high-end installation for the Sperone Westwater Art Gallery; a 12,000 square foot project at the MoBiA Museum of Biblical Art; an 8,000 square foot LEED
interior certified project requiring the use of recycled materials for Environmental Defense Council; and numerous banking and financial installations, including ground out and stand alone facilities.
