Located in the heart of Rockefeller Center, the lobby renovation of 6 West 48th Street required that the building stay open for public use while being renovated.
The intricate metal and glass ceiling dome detail, as well as the metal and glass elevator lobby and the incorporation of a mezzanine level, required abundant detail work. Imported Italian marble was used on the floors and walls, as well as in the custom up-lit sconces.
